How I wish my mortgage was so low
Good to see you posting again :jMortgage Aug 12 £165K, Aug 19 £0
ISA challenge start 2019 £3000/£1500 (50%)0 -
Hi Radish,
Thanks for popping by.
The mortgage currently stands at just above £28,000 but I'm really hoping that the first endowment will pay most of that off, if Aviv@ stick to the mortgage promise. If all goes to plan and we can pay off an additional £1,300 before end of July, then we should be mortgage free by early August.
So the mortgage is relatively low, but we are not quite there yet.If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0 -
As my self employment has finished, I now have two bank accounts to Tillytidy :j Two payments made, 33p and 74p so only £1277.10 to go.
At home we are having our ineffective heating system replumbed. No hot water or heating and floorboards up everywhere. It's making me feel a little like this :mad:If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0 -
It's been a hectic week. The heating is finally back working again although the plumbers have made a bad job of putting some floorboards back and relaying the carpets. I think DH will be giving them a call tomorrow.
DD has been away skiing in Italy with the school. She is due home early afternoon. Sounds like she has had a good time. DS has been away to France with my parents. He is due home tonight. I'm dreading the laundry
Only small OP to the mortgage on Friday 74p bringing the extra to OP down to 1276.36. I should be able to make some larger OPs soon.
In other news I weighed myself this morning
Only a 3 day week for me this week as DH, DD & I are off to Yorkshire to go and find some puffins. Can't wait.If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0 -

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Tillytidy of £3.50 today. £1272.86 to go.
I had an email from my energy provider advising me of a better tariff. I had a look and it will save us £30/month:T
Both kids are back from their holidays, although I've hardly seen DS. He has been at his girlfriends all day. The laundry mountain was not as bad as expected. Plus it's been lovely and sunny here so it's been drying on the line.
DH is calling the plumbers back in tomorrow to complain about being left with uneven floorboards and ill fitting carpets. Hope they can fix it.
It's my first pay day on Thursday and I can't wait. How sad is that!If Plan A fails, remember there are 25 more letters0 -
