Are santander accounts any good?

I was thinking about changing accounts to santander but i'm not so sure are they any good or at the least better than tsb?

The accounts seem OK ........ the Bank appears to be far from OK. If you're seriously considering them then read a few of the other threads on here - and change your mind? Not worth the hassle until they seriously pick up some quality. Which doesn't appear to be happening quickly.If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0

With all due respect, there are six threads* on the first page of this board in relation to Santander (including A&L). Surely that gives a better indication of a Santander customer's experience than another ambiguous "are they good?" thread.

accounts are good but to get them for the customer service is not worth it
