Perhaps we should take a look at what is installed before we proceed.

Download, install and run CCleaner Once open; Go to Tools > Uninstall and Save to Text File(in the bottom right hand corner). Save the file to your Desktop and copy the contents into your next reply.

Version 4 you could, albeit they are quite crafty in their wording. Haven't tested Version 5 yet, as it's not playing ball with my SandBox.
