£2 coin every time.
DS1 (11) lost one last week and I told him to stick it under his pillow for the tooth fairy and he just rolled his eyes at me and asked if he could just have the money now please? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I did tease him by saying that if you don't believe, you don't get a coin but I'm not quite mean enough to begrudge him £2 lolCross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. I work in a hospital & we see LOADS of kids having their teeth out. I always ask the children if the tooth fairy visits them & how much she gives (so i have a guide for when my sons teeth come out) & the other week we had a child who said she gets 5p per tooth & another that said they got £1.... someone i work with said they gave their kids money, usually £1-2 if the teeth fell out through natural causes i.e. age but if they had to be removed because they were bad they got charged! I kinda like that idea! Im still in awe however at the child we had that had a lot of teeth out & said he was getting a new nintendo DS game in return!0

my DD is only 9 months old but when the time comes i'll be giving her 50p.0

My DD has had 50p per tooth and £1 for the big front teeth, she is only just 6 and has lost 6 teeth now, not many left to go now.0

I remember when I was younger my friend had a box full of the 50p coins the tooth fairy had left her and she told me that every little dink and mark on the coin was a kiss from the tooth fairy, as every time the tooth fairy gives a child a coin she kisses it and leaves a mark. I love that story.0

That's so sweet! Almost makes me want to have children0 -

My DS will be 6 in June and hasn't lost any - he keeps giving them little tugs to check if they are getting wobbly yet :rotfl::rotfl:Cross Stitch Cafe member No. 32012 170-194 2013 195-207.Hello Kitty ballerina 208.AVA 209.OLIVIA 210.ELLA 211.CARLA 212.LOUISE 213.CHARLEY 214.Mother & Child 215.Stop Faffing Completed 2014 216.Stitchers Sampler. 217.Let Them Be Small 218.Keep Calm 219. when i was a kid i lost a tooth while staying at my Gran's and she made me put some salt on the tooth, wrap it in a scrap of paper and put it under the corner of the hearth rug. I have always assumed she didn't want to risk wakening me by rummaging under my pillow but i've never known why the salt!0
