It says "end of terrace" but looks middle terraced from the initial photo, so might be overlooked in the quick skimming through.
Looking at your area, 3 beds or more houses, there are 71 for sale. The first one is £140k and is clearly end of terrace and looks much bigger. The next one is £160k and is clearly end of terrace. From there, up to yours, just about every house looks the same sort/as new as yours, so they're all "competition" and the competition looks stiff.0 -
Definitely looks like a mid-terrace rather than an end of terrace - the Estate Agent who took the outside picture should be shot! I'd definitely get another one taken either straight on or from the other side so you can see the 'end'.
The idea of marketing it at £190,000 so that it goes into more than one search bracket sounds very clever.0 -

The house is end of terrace but part of the building is linked to flats set right back.
My house is 4 years old. There are no other houses which are 3 bed and that new in BS32. The competition is all 10-20 year old houses. I suppose it depends how wide you set the area as some of the surrounding areas are not great areas. But yes we are near the top of the pricing.:A0 -
Was it dustbin day when the Street View pics were taken?0

You say end of terrace, but your photo clearly shows house or flats connected to each side of your house - so I'd reckon everyone's thinking you are a mis-labelled mid-terrace.....0

Very interesting. Thanks.

When I click on view other properties I see the houses around yours in the listing looking bigger and with more spacious grounds around the property. Also, the picture itself doesn't fill the picture slot in the search listings (if you see what I mean), so you've kind of got a smaller more mean looking picture which makes the house seem even smaller and more hemmed in.0

One agent near us has a red circle and "Premium Listing" on every house on its books.
Have often wondered if they pay extra for this, and whether it influences how many look at the Rightmove listing.
Might be worth asking your agent.Been away for a while.0 -

Have just seen it on Streetview. Is your house adjoined to that block of flats? No wonder the agent used that angle. But then that is one of the most tightly packed developments I have ever seen.
Edit.
Zooming right into the roof area. Does the block of flats overhang your property? Flying freehold? Who would be responsible for a leaking roof?Been away for a while.0
