Jojo.. I'd do nothing.. literally.. don't pick up her stuff.. leave it there.. if she wants to be dirty and smelly.. let her.. it won't be long before her friends start passing comments.. girls LOVE to pick on stuff like that. Look after your stuff and let her live in squalor for a bit.. she won't die. And mine throw clean clothes on the floor too.. and i don't pick them up.. ever.. they aren't mine and when clean things are in the wash basket I put them back to go upstairs.. I have enough washing. Mine have a basket in their room for laundry so it isn't like they even have to go anywhere just drop it in as they strip.

Triker.. Lovely to see you back hun.. xxx

Jojo big hugs, my boys are the same they'll pull all pj's out just to get the ones they want and throw the rest on the floor. Same with there cupboards and toys. There the same with brushing teeth i have to stand over them. My only blackmail at the minute is if they don't keep there room tidy then i won't be doing it up. Works with one boy but not the other.

Bathroom nice and shiney for a few hours before i dunk everyone. Next is lunch and then i'll get on with our room. It's now become the dumping ground. :o
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

You might be onto something there - will need to think about this and rummage threw my memory.

Jojo - is there a boy she quite likes? That usually galvanises girls into action.

Plan for today/the weekend (in no particular order):
[STRIKE]go to school to collect work for weekend (ran out of time yesterday)[/STRIKE]
    shopping
    [STRIKE]library with DS2[/STRIKE]
    homework with DS2
laundry - towels now swapped for bedding
give DS1 some jobs to do
    [STRIKE]lunch[/STRIKE] and tea
    some HHCs
look for coat for DS2 (maybe, but it can wait)
    school work
    buy present for MIL
sort card and present for foreign language assistant - her last day on Tue
