Why can't he smoke outside as others have suggested? My OH does because I don't smoke (his decision - not mine).

Think smokers tend to get less cases of Alzheimers though. Guess we all need to make our own choices.

My boyfriend is sweet enough to stand several metres away from me when he smokes (I am pregnant) but says hes going to give up. Mainly because I've started to refuse to hug or kiss him after he's smoked. I quit because I am pregnant and now the taste and smell is just vile. Just think its gross and why would I want to kiss his smoky mouth :S

Give up smoking. It's a disgusting, filthy addiction that makes you smell, sick and die younger.
Smokers pay for the NHS and more all by themselves. The more that give up, the more tax we will all have to pay. There isn't a single person in the country that doesn't know full well that smoking is bad for you, so if someone wants to stink all day and die younger then go ahead, it pays for my tablets :p

No, the opposite is true. Alzheimers appears to hit smokers earlier than others.

But still, everything we do carries risks and if people know the broad risks then they are free to choose which risks are worth taking. I don't smoke but I do drink alcohol and think that it's worth a couple of years less of life as I enjoy it.

I can't imagine that being one of those unfortunate people who are irritated by just about everything is terribly conducive to a long and happy life either...:rotfl:
