In Scotland its called Minor Ailments... http://www.scotland.gov.uk/Publications/2006/06/26102829/1

I get calpol, nurofen, piriton, sudocream, headlice treatment, karcol etc.......... you might get own brands from the chemist but it doesnt matter its all good medicine. I ask if I can get it for my DD before I buy it. 9 times out of 10 I get it at the chemist. you can only register with one pharmacy. Boots do it too.

It will save you a lot of money, as the price of calpol in Tesco is so expensive, and all the other stuff

I'd go back to the store and try again, then if they refuse it on the grounds of fraud ask them why they arent calling the police and tell them to call head office while you wait... or better still call head office yourself whilst stood at the customer service desk.

If you can get the store manager down its really quite satisfying passing them the phone and having head office agree with you and over rule them. ;)

thing is they have my voucher now so what can i do? can i print it out again and attempt to use it in store?

Have you rung Tesco CS and complained about this? I would be telling them how upset you are at being accused of fraud!
If you have the receipt details you can give them those and they can see if its fraudulent or not.
Please God, help me stop spending!

Sorry if I'm being really stupid, it is still quite early for me :D

Can someone please tell me which store Tesco is comparing its prices to?
This link www.tescopricecheck.com/PriceCheck/Pages/Default.aspx says it compares against Asda

but this link http://www.tesco.com/pricewatch/?rfrom=glnm2 says it compares against Ocado

Checked both these links this morning and am really confused :o

Thanks for all your hard work everyone, especially for the spreadsheet. It is very much appreciated by a very busy mum who also works full time and doesn't have any time to check many prices herself :)

Well yes you can but isn't that giving up on being called a criminal - if it were me I'd be screaming from the rooftops.

oh and don't they also have you original receipt which must accompany the voucher?
I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing! ;)

Um I think what she meant was when overcharged instore to go to cs and get DTD back there! Nothing to do with this offer! I have done it a few times last week with the rim blocks as the SEL was wrong! So purchased them seperate to my DTD shop and went and got DTD in cash back so free rim blocks and no messing about waiting for a voucher!

did she say it was becuase it was over the £100 monthly limit as that is not fruad, just failing the T&C's.

Fraud would be them saying your voucher was a fraudulent one, either having already been printed and used, or something wrong with the voucher itself.

My bet is on the latter, eg, no scissor marks, no numbered T&C's (not evident on ANY vouchers printed before 25th March OR is using Internet explorere version 6), and numbers not matching.

All of the above are Tesco's fault, not yours and you need to call her back NOW and find out more.

she was really rude and unhelpful she kept saying "all i can say is the fraud team have checked it against the receipt details and they cannot accept it its invalid" i kept explainin to her how can it be invalid I have printed it once it was before the T&C's changed but she literally would not listen to me.

She said she cannot send my voucher back to me.

I have got the email still which stil opens as £39.66.

I think you are missing the point.

Also theres big boards up in tesco and on stickers at every till that tell you that if you are overcharged on any item Tesco will give you double the difference by way of an apology.
