If its 2 for £6 at A then I would buy 2 at T's which (unless they have a bogoff or similar offer) should get you 2 x £2.88 back.

    OK I get it now.

You got an uncapped one, and must therefore have done this before 25th.

Before the 25th the T&C'as were not numbered, and there were no scissor marks on the right margin.

If you print it again now, you will note that these are now on the voucher (ridiculous I know).

You need to speak with CS now as the store are obviously just parroting their answer to you.

Use the words "I want to Complain" (so they log it as such), and explain how embarrassed you are at being called a liar and fraudster. they need to call the store and sort this out for you today.

Tesco CS have just said they'll send the voucher amount to me on a money card... not really ideal as I would have liked it off my shopping that got dleivered, but I shop in T's anyway so it will get used...

I am really annoyed at the original woman though, she called me on a mobile number and I'm really tempted to call her up and have a go!!!
I have learnt from my in-debt days....never again!

Me too, feeling a bit more reassured that it's not 'game over' any more.

Sorry if I'm being really stupid, it is still quite early for me :D

Can someone please tell me which store Tesco is comparing its prices to?
This link www.tescopricecheck.com/PriceCheck/Pages/Default.aspx says it compares against Asda

but this link http://www.tesco.com/pricewatch/?rfrom=glnm2 says it compares against Ocado

Checked both these links this morning and am really confused :o

Thanks for all your hard work everyone, especially for the spreadsheet. It is very much appreciated by a very busy mum who also works full time and doesn't have any time to check many prices herself :)

Eek! That second link (the Ocado one) looks like a fake website to me. I would suggest you don't click through on it anywhere. It may be a way of fishing for credit card details. Might be worth a call to Tesco customer service to tell them you've found a dodgy looking website claiming to be Tesco checking prices with Ocado - they should be interested(!!) and might send you a thank you money voucher for letting them know.

Where did you find it by the way?

The first one is the correct one.
