Thanatos, have you thought about starting up a seperate thread for the spreadsheet? Seems to be taking over this one and instead of being able to happily read through the posts I'm now having to filter my way through the spreadsheet ones. Just an idea. One perhaps which may well satisfy everybody.
personally think it should be set to private but failing that why not have it on the 'price only' thread because that is what its for???0 -

Tomorrow i'm going to do my 1st dtd, could someone please just tell me if this works for me.
1 - tetley tea bags, 160s - T £3.88 A £2.00 diff £1.88 double £2.76
2 - lynx shower gel - T £2.37 A £1.00 diff £1.37 double £2.74
So i go and buy the 2 above products, do i need to buy anything else to bump up my receipt, i then come home and input my receipt details, and i'm then sent a voucher via e-mail for £5.50
I can then use this voucher against more dtd products, i don't want to abuse the system, but just want to get some cash back on products that i want/use.
When i take my £5.50 voucher in can i use it against any amount of cash products ie, my next shopping bill is £10 so i then pay £4.50
Thanks a lot
and wow you lot can chat and chat about this ......lol
You don't need to buy anything else, also you can use the voucher against more DTD products. And yes, against any amount of cash over amount on your voucher.:think:0 -

Sorry, checked the bit of the spreadsheet that I can see and didn't (still can't), spot them.0 -

oh no a 3rd thread:eek::eek::eek: +3 different spreadsheets, 3 websites to check, my OH is already on the verge of leaving me!:rotfl:You should close it to public view and allow people to pm you to access it.. A open sheet will only course probs!
Yet at the same time I like the spreadsheet. Maybe there is a way that only those who contribute to it have access - or something.
i think the poor editors have got enough to do without sifting through hundreds of PMs deciding who is most worthy-and what would that be based on? how chatty you are??GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -
The people who created the spreadsheet worked hard and should benefit from that work. I'm like Stebiz, I've spent a lot of time on this thread trying to keep up when I haven't been doing my own homework by comparing what I need to stock up on on asda, tesco, mysupermarket. I've happily posted deals that I've found for other people to take advantage of but I just don't agree with the spreadsheet. That said, I doubt the spreadsheet owners are going to be convinced by the points that have been put forward against it to date so I guess we'll just have to agree to disagree
.
Its pretty simple.. If tescos see a list off 350 items there gonna pull it or put more restrictions on the deal.0 -
Why do people keep saying the spreadsheet is going to get the offer removed? Do people think Tesco can't see their own prices, what people are claiming on and what is costing them money without some spreadsheet on a forum?weight loss target 23lbs/49lb0

i bought this yesterday got my voucher this morning - ok
I've also bought this yesterday and had it confirmed but I'm sure I read that the John frieda offer is only on until 3rd / 4th April at Asda. Might be worth waiting until Asda prices are updated or at least buy them on a separate receipt so can be easily returned without complication, thats what I did. Hope this helps;)0 -

Personally my opinion is swinging towards it being restricted viewing to recognised posters but I know a lot of the other admins don't agree with me.0 -
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: I just snorted some free Baileys up my nose at both of these posts!!!!!
But is he REALLY up to DTD Olympic standard??? Have you read the OH stories on this and the previous thread???? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
i have indeed read the other stories lol, but i do believe my hub has stepped up to the challenge.... a bottle of brandy for my mum for mothers day £30.99 tesco, £21.97 asda = DTD £18.04. couple of Olay things added to a £20 DTD and final propper shop using the £20 voucher i got last week for my 2 gillette razors.0
