As far as the T&C's currently state, we can validly do that.
Shop first time, get a voucher. Use that voucher to get another lot of shopping, receive another voucher, use that to get another voucher.... etc etc :j[/QUOTE
I know you are allowed to do this but, personally, I reckon its safer to buy mainly different items on your second pass. This is purely to avoid a nosy/difficult/bolshie 'trout' checking your old receipt and noticing that you've bought exactly the same stuff ! I know you are perfectly within your rights to do so - but it does give them an excuse to pull the abuse/not in the spirit .. etc and raises your profile when you argue that they are talking a lot of cobblers!ELITE 5:2

Agreed:D. In fact I may set up a pancake stall!Ladyshopper wrote: »I have kept a spreadsheet of all my DTD usage, and I have done very well out of this promotion.
Saying all of that, I did go to Morrisons today to do a "proper" food shop, as there is lots of things I needed that aren't on DTD at tesco, and I don't want to give tesco a single penny more than I need to!
Yes - I have a spreadsheet too as otherwise I am worried it is too easy to get sucked in. I also agree with an earlier post that this is probably what Tesco are banking on. And so when I need to do a "proper" shop I will weigh it up and probably go elsewhere too!0 -
My printer is not printing graphics and has printed off voucher without Tesco logo and dotted lines - all else there barcode etc., anyone else used one like this - wondering if would have a problem?0

That's why you have to be super savvy like me and buy different DTD items on the 2nd shop. Plus 99% of the time the SA doesn't look at the items previously bought, they are too busy flapping over what to do with the voucher. My daughters are my world0 -

Might be worth trying a different browser -IE, Chrome or firefox? My daughters are my world0 -
I really don't mind when this promo finishes, as I can get my life back.
My OH says I'm obsessed, which is very true.
So long as Tesco give me the vouchers for shops entered into their checker when the promo was on, then I don't mind as they haven't then conned me into going to their store on a false pretence.
As for the amount spent, I have spent about £200 since it started, and very little elsewhere, instead of around £100 a week in Sainsbury.
In the last 2 weeks, I have been to Tesco most days, using numerous vouchers, some over the £20 cap most under (certainly since 25th), and have handed Tesco less than £5 in cash since those first shops, so I reckon profits of around the £300 mark (maybe more, I actually have lost track)
Today the 3 of us (family members in tow) got 3x £20 shops and paid 2p, 17p, and 19p respectively, and expect 3x DTD vouchers for £20 on each (or nearly if not capped).
Tomorrow I spend my £91 and get all the booze that Tesco have on offer as all their deals change after tomorrow (and most are not available in Asda so I wil lstill get £20 DTD from that £91)
If they kill the deal tomorrow, I'm still due 2x vouchers from Friday (think both are about £20), plus the 3 from today, plus MAYBE the one from tomorrow, so at worst 5x £20 worthg of shopping which would be used on BOGOF offers etc (if the DTD is about to be over), so another £100 profit to add.
It's the best scheme I've ever saved money on (even better than Quidco, another hidden gem that I recommend to my friends), I love it. And what a great weekend overall, Oldham win for first time in 12 games, and Notts County (who we beat) sack red scum Paul Ince (he will always be Man United scum in my eyes).
aaah, off to finish the rest of my Banrock red (1/2 bottle to go). After Eight anyone?I didn't do it, nobody saw me do it, you can't prove a thing!
Quidco and Topcashback, £4,569
Shopandscan, £2,840
Tesco Double The Difference, £2,700
Thomson EU261/04 Claim, £1,700
British Airways EU261/04 Claim, EUR12000
