    Hi

Just had a look at the spreadsheet and I think the value column is the wrong way round - i.e for Thorntons egg it should show 100% value? Is this what everyone else thinks? I tjhought it was a really good idea to have this as I have been targeting items more than 50% off because I reckon those must definitely beat any other store - not just Asda:D

If you read the descriptor the person who did it made for that colunm, it reads "Net price / asda price
ie: how good value is this" e.g. for it to appear on this spread sheet, the Asda price has to be the cheaper between Tesco and Adsa (or it wouldnt generate a DTD value anyway).

The % figures are what % of the Asda price you are paying... e.g. a value of 100% you are paying the full price of the ASDA price so no point bothering going to tesco for it as you might as well just buy it in tesco, whereas a 50% figure means that the total cost after DTD is applied is half the cost of the item at ASDA (where it was cheapest anyway).

It confused me too at first, but once I wrapped my head around it, it was fine. Basically the lower the figure the better value. Minus figures meaning such good value its actually paying you to purchase this product.

That's why you have to be super savvy like me and buy different DTD items on the 2nd shop. Plus 99% of the time the SA doesn't look at the items previously bought, they are too busy flapping over what to do with the voucher.

I've tried to do the same...lol wasn't hard with the 2 we had for 10 x 4 cod in sauce, mind you oh does eat them 3 at a time

but looking at most of my receipts, picking 1 or 2 each of 7/8/9 items they look like a normal shop to me.....just trying to lessen the risks of a confrontation :rotfl:

Usually by hitting next at top - but it doesnt seem to be letting you currently - might be due to traffic?

I have had numbers missing on nearly all of my vouchers. I sent Tesco CS a query email but have had no reply yet. Only one person has queried it in store. I shrugged and so she let it through as the rest of the numbers were right!
