I had an SA that had never heard of DTD as well today, this was one of glasgows biggest stores I was amazed!!!

Yes, i've had vouchers that don't scan but also ones that did from the same printer.
When it didn't scan the SA just typed the code in, no problem.

I have the same problem, none of mine have scanned. I've tried different paper and different settings on the printer but nothing has made a difference. Could be the actual ink itself ?? not sure.

They typed in the code for me as well I just wanted to check if I need to splash out on a new printer, I think it might have a lot to do with the barcode size it does seam very small,

I do use cheap ink so it could be a factor but I suspect it might be the barcode size
