I got the Olay but they kept the receipt before I got a refund. Is it possible to get a refund without a receipt and do I have to take it to the same store. Thanks.

Just used my first voucher today for £4.62. Was nervous but when in checkout queue a SA directed me to the self service checkouts which I normally would have refused but I used it today and it was all fine.

I cant get the link on the first page to work to input my Tesco receipt details. I cant find it on the Tesco Home page either. Should have put it in my favourites. Anyone got a working link please. Many thanks

Why are you after a refund after you have had the benefit of the DTD voucher?

i doubt it as you have no proof that you bought it from tesco's. why do you want to return it? :eek:
