I don't know if I've interpreted what you say correctly, but if you are saying that you bought the Olay because you knew you would get a DTD voucher for the cost of it, but then want to return it and get the £10 odd you paid for it after having got the benefit of the DTD which you have cashed in, thereby handing in the receipt when you used the voucher I would suggest you could, take it back to the store, explain to them the situation and if they work within the T&C's they will happily take the Olay from you and give you nil, zilch back for it. This is because you have used the benefit it gave you by way of a DTD voucher and then are returning it. Net benefit when you take away the DTD voucher you received = zero back to you. In fact, you'll probably find they'll ask for a few pence as you will have received a voucher back for more than you spent.
IMO this is scandalous and I would suggest you have a serious think on if you would like to see your name in lights in your local store for trying to defraud.NewStudent wrote: »Its something that I won't be using.0 -
Yes I have used the DTD voucher. I think I will give this a miss. I might as well give it to a charity shop, so I don't feel bad.0

i would never buy something that we wouldn't actually useCompletely agree, too many people are talking about fraud which is totally different to playing the promo to our advantage eg what we've mow termed recycling. How much more of a bargain do we really need?! Be happy with your freebies people!!!

on one receipt i had a 5 pack of snickers that came up as n/a even though it was definitley showing up on asda as cheaper but i didn't try & return or phone cs hassling them for my dtd :rotfl: i just thought oh well i did really good on the rest of my shopping
