well thats it is wouldnt be hard to place the face to those using vouchers more than once or returning loads of items and getting refunds etc, re the refunds tho i do think tescos should have briefed staff a bit more on the t&c then there wouldnt be these major issues, the atual policing of the promo from the start has been pretty lax i think tescos were taken totally by surprise by it all lol didnt bargain on the 'ingenuity' of the great british public lol

Taking things back is beyond money saving, when you are paying so little for things why would you take something back and possibly highlight it to staff and surely they mark the receipt to show returned, so then you would have further problems if using that receipt for dtd!!!

I was so nervous shopping and felt like i was doing something wrong, i wouldnt dare return if dtd didnt work!!!

lol...no not me im an uckfield lady,friend works up there...she said that they have lost so much money up there over this....only had the 1 large voucher and only knew about the dtd thurs!!!
my son and mum who had theirs refused in uckfield have been told they are ok to use theirs today with apologises...
