I personally find the lengths some are going to ridiculous, I am going to do some dtd shopping along with same price things I need, this is how I always do it I think the people picking up 12 of an item as it's good dtd just highlight it to T's quicker and then they can say it's not in the spirit of it and pull it. If any of my items don't work then I will take it on the chin I would never return the item, this is at the end of the day a gamble and you couldn't say in a casino I didn't win I want my money back. Some people are too greedy and gonna spoil this for us all.

Put "Betty Crocker" into search box on Tesco site and should be there (top item). Also see here:

Really? I had them DTD on both Friday and Saturday.

I know that Huggies Pure wipes are definitely N/F.

Bizarre!! - they definitely were not pure ones, either - but it's my only n/f which theoretically *should* have been DTD, so I can't get too upset - I just won't risk it again!! :D:D

Right - I need to get off here and do some housework - will be back in an hour or so to catch up and check if any vouchers have arrived today :rotfl:

I bought a tesco indian meal for two - you know the ones in the carrier bag for £6.48, purely because I wanted this to impress a young lady that I have met in Mr Cohen's Fine-Food Emporium. (See my post number 557 for further details of this potential liaison).

I was not expecting any DTD but Mr Cohen was kind enough to let me know that the same product is only £5 in the shop of his competitor Mr Asdanovitch and consequently I received some DTD.

    Serendipity

I hope this information is of some use to the kind posters on this thread.

I bought one of these, with a chicken korma in it. I wanted just a normal, creamy yellow chicken korma. However this had all kinda of nuts and grains in it, and looked like the texture of dijon mustard. Also didnt taste very nice :(. Think I will be sticking with Mr A's for indian :)

Not sure if this would be useful to anyone :- blossom hill italian sparkling Zinfandel £7.98 in Tesco and £6 at Asda which means a dtd of £3.96 and a net cost of £4.02 :)
