We are addressing these issues in our Discussions app, but to reassure you one play will be permitted per household per day. So long as the address details are correct, it’s a valid postal address and the person who’s details have been entered lives there – the play (and any prize won) will be honoured.

Well - 4 out of 5 of my cheques arrived at my mums house yesterday. Having my faith restored in the competition I went out and bought another 2 promo 9 packs today....only to come home to the dreaded letter :eek: I also posted another £10 win yesterday so wonder if that will be honoured? :cool:

Its good to be in the company of like minded friends on here, who share the same passions (coupons and getting one over on the supermarket) - I can honestly say none of my friends here in the real world either care or understand.

My friends think I am crazy about coupons and freebies, use to send them emails when I spotted something good freebie/coupon, but they never applied or printed moc and then complained that they never get anything.:mad: I am glad this board exists, I can talk to you all about couponing and you all understand.

I had a shirty letter today from saying I play twice in one day and they are not payout my prize, call them and ask if they was all claim or just one? They couldn't so they will make some queries and email me to advise. :mad:

Evening all,

just applied for this coupon (thanks gill ) but when it asks which store I want to redeem it at it only comes up with small pet shop type stores - no supermarkets. Have I pressed the wrong button somewhere?
