Got my DTD...not had email but it was on the system when I put details in again...£20 voucher capped from £10.52 difference

Do you reckon they will only award small wins now? They could always say numerous £100's have been won, and will not be available again. I suggest everyone takes the bog roll back and get a full cash refund if it was less than 28 days ago you purchased it!

Hi all had letter from velvet today basically saying I will get none of my wins & not be able to play in future even for days I only entered once a day as have been since they blocked us from playing as I had broken the terms & conditions so not good for anyone who used more than one email address got loads of promo packs aswell. Bloomin annoying thing was palying this originally with one go & won 3 x £10 3 x £1 which they had already paid out lesson learn't

now I've re read it, it's not all that clear...maybe they will clarify if it was in the letter or whether they phoned

Can someone who has never posted on their wall ask the question.....whether or not people/households that have received letters are banned ?....a new person on there might get a response as they are not answering regular posters questions at all now...

While yer at it can you also ask why they used a honey trap tempting peeps to play more than once per day by publicly saying that as long as you had a valid receipt that was fine!!

I think this is the point that any twitter/fb campaign should be based on because until then I was sticking to the rules but as they were clearly saying go for it and we will still payout I thought s0d it :mad::mad:
