Hi yes I called the number on the letter the person on phone making it quite clear we wld no longer be able to take part as had breached the terms & conditions so basically banning the IP address I think so probably only way wld be to use a different computer email address etc from someone who hadn't played the game already maybe too much hassle just kept saying on the phone our terms & conditons over & over on phone even thou I kept saying you allowed people to enter other emails a day didn't get anywhere most of my wins were on single entry but it didn't matter some even before I had started to enter more than once but basically cancelled the lot.

Hi Chamine, just to reassure you, you won't be disqualified from the game altogether. On the rare occasion where we believe a person has played more than once per household, per day, in the interest of fair play we won’t honour that individual’s game plays on that day. This definitely won’t prevent that player from claiming any prizes won by playing the game legitimately on any other day.

Prob with this is that they can say one thing and do another.....I'm going to phone them tomorrow

If there is no ban then I have got some promo packs left, would be nice to get at least £1 back for each of them....what do you think m4rtin...?Anyone else got promo packs ???

Really annoyed though, my letter said we acknowledge your claim for £100 and on the day you won you had played once BUT prior to that you had played 130 times over the course of the campaign so don't think I would trust anything any of them say now :mad:

Are they saying that I haven't bought 130 packs of bog roll! - Well I bloomin' well have just that most of it is ANDREX and will be from now on :rotfl:

Also I wonder if they are counting the number of times that we kept getting the you have already entered message in this number cos I did try dozens of times per day so again if these are counted then that ain't fair IMHO - FB/Twitter campaign we really have got to use the power of the people on this one because although we have all done 'wrong' they publicly condoned it

Hmmm having re read it maybe condone is the wrong term but they defo said more than one entry per day was OK

They are not paying BW £100 that she won for me - saying I made 281 entries:eek: during the promo, that must be my sis!!! not me:eek: I was busy playing comps;) now I am too busy playing dtd:D. There goes BW £1000 she won't be happy... when she log in & read the posts:o. At least I can recycle their letters ( 3 @ home & 1 @ office) to print dtd....

I to got that dreaed vlevent letter, won't be playing again or buying anymore of their carp over priced loo roll. Thanks Gill for the coupon post, if anyone can get any pet food for free and they don't need it i'm sure yout local anamial hosptial/charity would gladly use it.
