    Evening all,

just applied for this coupon (thanks gill :)) but when it asks which store I want to redeem it at it only comes up with small pet shop type stores - no supermarkets. Have I pressed the wrong button somewhere?

its only sold in pet shops, vets and feed merchants.:)

Didnt need that letter from velvet today but it proves what a complete sham they are. The letters are slightly different as mine states "it appears your household has made at least 1101 entries during the term of the promotion and on the day that you were notified that you have won the prize above you had entered 1 times.

Do they seriously think i have time to play 1101 times! But ........... they're contradicting themselves as they state the day i won i only played ONCE! I'm going to ring them in the morning as i have 3 x £100 outstanding - two i will reluctantly forfeit but the latest win was the only time i played on that day therefore I should still be entitlted to that win. However i have spoken to somebody today and apparently all players have a good case for discrimination against them as, i expect like others, I can prove that they have paid me out on wins where I have played more than once - and now they are not. Havent got the time or energy to persue it fully but if i can at the very least get the £100 latest win. Not sure whether to keep entering with the packets i have left as i think they'll be making it very hard to win - might get mum or someone to play and then split the wins with them.

cheers mimi, I am trying to be gracious about it as I did enter more than once and I do feel the same way I felt when my wee sis caught me cheating at monopoly years and years ago!

A feel-good tale for anyone who wants cheering up..... I was buying shower gel in the Body Shop (using love your body card plus £5 free card from Clintons offer natch :p) and rather embarrasingly was 40p short as my cash purse was with my mum in another shop. CS lady said to forget about it which I thought was wonderful. I returned 10 mins later with the cash much to her surprise, so I hope that we both had our faith in human nature restored today.

And now a MOC question lol :rotfl: Do your Mr T's take the internet SafeCoupons that we all print? Mine refused the Finish one, along with the Co-op one too. Time for another email to complain?

    Bless your soul darl.

Still think it's a farce that Velvet didn't block multiple entries when the promotion first came out. To not give out winnings is just shameless. Shame on them!

I can remember claming for a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE with Wilkinson Sword. They accidentally sent out a cheque for £66.00 instead of £6.60 to a lot of people, but they honoured it and said it was their fault for the mistake. Their terms and conditions clearly stated they would only refund up to a maximum of £7.00. I know Velvet is not exactly the same, but if their promotions are not checked before they go live, don't go bloody ripping us off.
