    10 boxes magnums £2 each £20 dtd £20

I would be a bit worried if I didn't have a mixed trolley that Tesco would impose this from their t&c

:hello:Good Morning Everyone. Up early in case postie turns up with my cheque. Rang velvet again yesterday. They are still insisting that the cheque people have told them it was sent on Tuesday, although the cheque people have said a letter has been sent asking for more details like others have reported on facebook.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

I don't think velvet are wanting to pay out. I did send off another one yesterday for my £10 win from a few days ago but I have my doubts about ever receiving the money. Velvet are trying to wriggle out of paying. Maybe our Mr Martin Lewis should contact them and ask why they are ignoring our claims. :(:(:(

Is that even if you don't have a CO OP near you? Is it the general email? You don't have it to hand do you? Thanks for letting me know that.

I do have a Co-op near me but dont think that should make much difference, wouldnt have thought they would check anyway. Also a few months back there was a Co-op coupon if I remember rightly from the South East and I live in the South West and it was accepted but I tend not to worry if they wont accept them as I will send off another email. My emails were for Terry Leahy but although I dont have it to hand at the mo there is a new email address.

I said something like this, according to the circumstances at the time:-

"I understand that you now accept conditional spend coupons and these include the Co-op conditional spends Unfortunately I have been refused the use of one of these by your store at ............. in .............. The cashier asked the advice of her colleagues, then her supervisor, the supervisor rang someone else for advice who said not to accept it so I would be grateful if you would kindly look into this please as I found this very embarrassing. Thank you for your assistance."

Just amend this to your circumstances and you should receive an email, (which includes all the conditional spends they will accept) saying they will send you a moneycard.

    Morning everyone...

I have won a £10 gift card from Boux Avenue, http://www.bouxavenue.com/home-and-beauty/bath-and-beauty/price,4.00-to-4.99

Not sure if everyone has as they had a promotion, they seem to have some lovely items.

Off to sunny N Devon for a break (The Sun promotion) with DD and pooch. Really need the break as feel tired all the time.

I haven't heard from Velvet either, but only sent off a couple of weeks ago.

Happy MOCing and DTD'g and hope everyone who has been unwell feel better soon.

    xxx

Thanks so much for that information. I have been refused CO OP and BOOTS vouchers numerous times before, so I will mention them all.

I really :heart2: this thread. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Unlike other threads where people diss you and are very sarcastic, I have not seen that on here at all. You've all saved me a lot of moolah and told me about numerous coupons and stuff which I have then passed on to family and friends. Thank you all for this top thread and for passing useful information onto each other.

Right, just back from the gym, and worked off 800 calories, so I reckon that's another 3 pack of Magnum and 3 x Phileas Fogg to fit in my tummy. Woohoo :p:p:p

A further facebook update from velvet for what it is worth:(:(:(

"we know this has been frustrating for all of you who've raised concerns over the Money Tree Game. Our main concern here at Velvet is making sure that the game is fair for every player and once we were made aware of these issues we wanted to look into them thoroughly and make sure that every player had an equal chance to win. Unfortunately getting to the bottom of these problems has taken a time, but we'll be updating everyone on the game this week."
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)
