Morning all.
I'm not sure how Velvet can deny their association with the Facebook page... their homepage (where you have to go to play the tree shaking game) links directly to it!
http://www.velvettissue.com/ bottom right hand box which says "join us on facebook"!0 -

Evening All, CW, sorry if this has already been explained somewhere in the way-distant past pages but why can't they keep the receipt?
Because we paid for it!:D nah... actually depend on what you bought,
1) sometime the things that we bought might be faulty or gone bad and if they keep your receipt who's to know that they will refund/replace you the stuff - they could have argue that you bought it from somewhere else, blah blah then calling the Manager down then they look at your dtd receipt . imagine the hassle you have to go thru:eek:
2) Don't like them to be nosy what I am buying - as long as they sign the receipt thats good enough. DO NOT LET THEM HAVE YOUR RECEIPT its not on their dtd T&CVelvet againcornishlady wrote: »thanks needahol
