Thanks KC - am having a slowish start to the day as I have a docs appt at 9.10, so have used the time to get another load of washing in, and have ironed the load that dried overnight, thereby saving me a job later. Ooh the excitement! Most people would have used the time to have a lay in, I'm sure!

Tonight I have download work to do, so a quick turnaround after work will be needed, but I haven't been over there for a while so it is long overdue.

Have a good day, yourself x

Morning Hypno, Happy new diary, Don't know about you but the fact that the ironing has been done will make you feel so much more relaxed later that it will give you as much
benefit as a lay in I'm sure;)

TDQ, it just seemed right to start a new one, once I had read back the first few pages of the last one and realised that so much had changed for me!

flipp, yes, I am more than pleased that I am able to keep on top of it all, and it does make a big difference to my mental wellbeing! Long may that last!! (although a lay in would be lovely from time to time, lol!) :D

Hi, just stumbled across this, I haven't read any of your old diaries but have seen you on BB's diary. It sounds like you've had an adventure and a half already. Will subscribe and follow from now xx

    Good to hear!!!

I need to lose some weight (yep still not done that either) then I thought I'd try race for life. My Aunt has Lung Cancer so I thought I'd be able to fine the motivation for that

    Hi Lucy

I'm about 3 stone overweight :o:o:o and have started training for the race for life in July. I'm using an app on my iPod based on the couch to 5k, it's fab and worth a shot :p
