Love the sound of operation wake up :) I woke up at 3.40 this morning, and was really *bored* by not getting back to sleep, awful! So I've promised myself another cup of strong coffee after my next client...

Hope you get over the insomnia soon H. Don't know how you keep going. Do you find exhaustion catches up with you at least 1 or 2 nights a week?!

Enjoy lunch, L too and HB to your OH L.

just a quick belated one hypno, to say thank you for explaining your envelope system in detail. I had been contemplating it for a while, and the explanation has been very helpful so will try it this month. The bank account that does not need touching after the beginning of the month (bar daily checking!) sounds great for me.

Woo! New diary! Lovely first post there, sums up nicely the reasons for starting the new one. In some ways you've made your biggest jumps in the previous diary, haven't you!

Afternoon Hypno hope you are all good today :)

I have the insomnia issue too. Go to bed shattered but very rarely sleep through for more than a few hours. They think this is linked to my mystery "virus" although my gut instinct is its more in my head lol.
