I worked on my breathing a lot when I did lots of yoga a few years ago, but when I am running I always do the 3 in 1 out job......it was something I was advised to do when I started 20 years ago, and it has stuck with me since - and it works pretty well!

So.....Friday night, children at their dads....what excitement awaited me tonight.....the ironing of course :rotfl:

And I have just made sandwiches for tomorrow's race day....hopefully will help save a few ££ on the BBQ to offset some of the spends today :o

I hope you have all enjoyed the extra bank holiday - I know that I have appreciated the extra day off....thank you very much Kate and Wills :T

    I'm a savouries girl... so...

That and eating those little sausage rolls that are actually cheese and onion to confuse men at buffets (and are usually one bag for eating and a spare in my freezer)

Well I have reached the end of the day without nibbling on anything bad for me, so I consider that a very definite success. I usually have to do about 3 days before I notice a difference, so hopefully by bank holiday monday the sluggishness and bloaty yuk will have started to recede.

Here's hoping, anyway!! No chocolate or sausage rolls for me for a while!
