No actual "running" to the airport required....and besides, I had already done 30 mins on the treadmill before breakfast :D

Currently sitting on the patio again, making the most of the sun for a couple of hours.....i really need to do some tidying etc, but heck that can wait!

I am sure the massage will be both relaxing and knot-reducing - one way or another it will be very beneficial! It is essentially "free" as I have a loyalty card that is stamped every time I have my legs waxed.....now the card is full, I get a well timed massage for free :D

  • I love days like that- bravery getting your legs waxed *shudders* Enjoy the massage though. :)

you soon get used to the pain of waxing, bob - honest! The massage, though, well that was quite possibly the best massage I have ever had - and even better due to the fact it was free!

Problem is, I am now ready to collapse for the rest of the night - it has wiped me out!! Tesco delivery due before six, then I think dinner and sofa is the order of the evening!

hi cheery and welcome to my world - I hope that it too is at least a little bit cheery nowadays! Life certainly feels that way!

Now that the weather has cooled down, DD and I have sorted a load out for the tip which is now in the car ready to be transported tomorrow - and stuff that had been dumped on the patio when we moved, bikes etc, is now in the garage....meaning that my patio is ready for me to buy a table and chairs over the next few days....:D

So, progress is being made - slowly but surely!!

    Well done on the run.
According to my big book of everything, WD40 is magic at restoring leather. Not quite sure how slippery the seats will be after though.

Speaking as a Colchester United season ticket holder, well done Norwich, turning-over the Tractor scum 9-2 overall (as opposed to us turning-over the Canaries 8-6). I bet Lambert is regretting getting rid of Cureton though. 20 goals so far this season for Exeter (Plus the indignity of being sent-off against us at the Community Stadium (Jamie, Jamie, what's the score?))

Thanks patman - am actually enjoying my running at the mo, so hopefully will be inspired to carry on through the summer......all too often, I grind to a halt always intending to go "tomorrow" :o

  • WD40 is good for a lot of things but I wouldn't trust it on leather. DDFW reply sent :D.

I walked about 1/4 mile in the heat today and needed a long rest :rotfl:.
