Hi NLG! Of course I don't mind you dropping in - always nice to see new faces!

Good luck next Sunday - this is my 4th London, over a 20 year span but I am still as nervous as always - it is just that I am packing so much into my time right now, I am probably not allowing myself to think of the nerves as much as I have done in years gone by!!

Just enjoy the day - it is fantastic!

So, today I have had a lovely day with one of my best friends ever. Lots of laughter, shopping, a yummy lunch in wagamamas, and just a really really fab fun day. All in all, a superb weekend!

Hi hypno,

I thought I'd pop on here to wish you all the best for the marathon next Sunday - realy good luck for the run and I hope you enjoy it immensely.

I'm missing running and the physio is slowly unlocking all the layers of muscle all bound together at the moment causing the pain. Anyway looks like it might be June when I get back out running again as its taking longer than we thought to sort out.

Anyway - you go girl next week and remember take it steady at first!

Thank you! Listen to your physio, do your exercises, rest when you should, and you will be back running before you know it, and you won't take very long at all to catch up to where you were before x

So, Monday again - and my late night Saturday and early morning Sunday have caught up with me a little. I didn't sleep particularly well last night, so am tired - need to get that cracked, I really do.

The kids are on their Easter Hols, so plenty of long lie ins for them - perhaps I should have planned this a little better and booked a day off myself. Oh well, maybe I will be better organised next year!

Morning all - another day is upon us! It seems a bit cooler which bodes well for the weekend, so I am not complaining about the change!

I've not really got anything to report, moneywise - am at the football after work tonight so have my budget for that, and there are still 10 days until payday, so some way to go. Of course, the children are on half term, so already there are requests for a bit of extra cash here and there.....it all adds up, and it needs an eye keeping on it!

Thanks luc - so do I - we are away tonight but the club have arranged a beam-back to the ground, so we are heading there to watch it on the big screens....:D
