Good Luck for the run - I'll find my way to your donation site tomorrow (payday) - won't be much but as a well know ad says ' every little helps' It's for one of the autism charities isn't it - since I work in a unit for kids with autistic conditions I know the money is always needed.

Whenever I think of you running I have the image of the photo of those blisters from last year - OUCH - take care of yourself!!

Bet you'll sleep well on SUnday after running all that distance - or will you be on a 'high' after the atmosphere.

Milann, thank you - every little does indeed help - and all those "its not much" donations I have so far add up to over £800 which is just amazing :T so thank you everyone again - you are fabulous!

As for subscribing - it is not something I have ever done, so wouldn't know where to start :o

So, Friday......another long week almost done.....and it has been tough for lots of reasons, but we have survived! Tonight NCFC are at home so after work, there will be a quick post-work Friday drink, followed by pre-match drinks with the guys before heading to the match. I won't be going out again after the game because I have an early start tomorrow to get to London to meet P at 11....

And then it is the biggie

    Absolutely!

I'll keep an eye for you when I'm watching on Sunday - feel excited about the marathon as I aim for my first half next year once this muscle problem is sorted out by the physio - nearly sorted now and should be back out running mid may
