Hypno, I loved the kettle bell classes. Unfortunately they did not love me and I have had an injured shoulder due to overenthusiasm with them
. I doubt I will be able to do them again as shoulder was agony and I ended up at A&E with it as I actually thought I had broken it I was in so much pain. Fortunately muscular only but still achy weeks later. What I'm trying to say is they're great but softly softly :rotfl: 5 Year plan. April 2020 to June 2025- CC and mortgage free by time I'm 60
Currently CC £23,674.36 /£14,895.41/£14315.42
Mortgage £28,214.65/ £26,254.71/ £25,746.43
By end 2020 I want CC at £ 19,000.00.
By end 2021 I want CC at £10,000.000 -

Did I pop in here and say OMG kettlebells? Totally enjoyed the class, I didn't mind sweating like a racehorse for 20 minutes but I could have done without the feeling sick:rotfl: Anyroad, have decided to do some Pilates for a bit so I have a stable core before hurling weights around.
