Reflexology was my absolute favourite treatment to give.
A good reflexologist is worth their weight in gold, and worth every penny of a treatment (or course of). Many of them are tuned in to reiki too, so you get the benefit of both if you are lucky.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. Its interesting how being insecure(or feeling insecure) seems to go hand in hand with debt.

I loved learning reflexology as I found it really relaxing for me too. I was quite surprised that I enjoyed both massage and reflexology so much. I have often thought I should go and finish the training for reflexology and maybe do the reiki. My Mum did reiki and she was good according to all of her clients. I have to admit that I used to laugh at her thinking it was a bit spooky. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Hypno and Gally, I think chic is the way to go most of the time, experiment, show off your best assets and wear fab shoes. Frumpy and apologetic is NOT a good look!'The road to a friends house is never long'0

This insecurity that I currently feel is very different to the insecurities I felt while I was in debt.
But then, I guess that things are SO different now to then, not just whether I am in debt or not, but the fact that then I was married, now I am not etc etc etc.
I do think that a lot of things are interlinked, though - for example how many new diaries start with "am in debt and need to lose weight".....we have many layers to us!
Mrsmoo - if you want to finish the training then you certainly should. I used to actually get as much out of giving reflexology as I do from receiving it! Thanks Hypno. I have looked into it but where I live now has no training courses at the college. It is definitely something that I want to resurrect as I want to make use of that and the aromatherapy when I get over to Austria.
Hmmmm......... might need to look to going to do a residential course somewhere. unfortunately anything that I would teach you wouldn't be accredited. Even the stuff that I do through adult ed has to be taught as "interest only" courses rather than professional level, simply because the paperwork and red tape (and cost I expect) for accreditation is so much.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground.
