All sorted now, I've been back down today and she was in. Went round and she stated in wasn't her rubbish and she was wondering why I was dumping my rubbish in her bin. Turns out it was neither of our rubbish but was my other next door neighbours.. a mix up with address as our numbers are all the same accept for a stupid letter. What a fuss over nothing! :mad:0

Thank god you sorted it! Told you not to rush into a confrontation. You'll be like best mates now and she'll be calmer knowing you're a nice shiney new considerate neighbour!0

Just imagine if you'd taken the advice to leave the rubbish on her doorstep. The gradual escallation would have led to WW3.0

Glad you got it all resolved0

Good job the OP didn't do this. They would have caused a major war (and been in the wrong) before even moving in.Take her rubbish and stick her through her d*mn letterbox, and then see if it turns up again. You won't be messed with after that.
My elderly neighbour has often said we can use his mostly empty bin, but we don't. Either you are the kind of person who does or doesn't think it OK to generate and dump bags of rubbish.Been away for a while.0 -

I really think that a lot of neighbour disputes are caused by silly misunderstandings where neither party is man enough to back down.0 -
Yes good job hah, I don't want a war with either neighbor :P0
