DD and DGD are coming over for dinner tomorrow evening so not sure that I'll be AF but it will be moderate drinking if I do succumb

Evening all. AF again here tonight, making 12 please Shaggy and 3 SNC please Bearacus.

Still feeling rotten but have kept myself busy whilst DH was watching the football. Usually I'd take myself off to the pub to get away from it, instead I went out to get some more cold remedies, then prepared a lovely SW friendly lasange for tomorrow night. Off to bed soon so I can give work my germs again tomorrow

I wouldn't blame you having a drink with your DH gardenanna. Hope you had a good night. On the general question, I usually hedge my bets by aiming low with my target so I can comfortably meet it and then if I exceed it I'm delighted.

11 afds for me please shaggy. bells were ringing soo loudly here last night as I felt fed up, tired and PMtish! However good old dh was the good influence on me and we drank camonile tea with a large handful of bombay mix!

Hi all,
Fell off the wagon since coming back from holiday have slipt back to drinking everyday not nearly as much as I was only a couple of glasses a night but still and at the moment im not in the frame of mind to want to stop.

So if its alright with you all if I can still post on the board everyday so atleast I will be thinking about how much drinking I am doing..
