Hi All – wasn’t AF last night but only had a very small glass of wine and a small Bacardi drowning in coke so quite pleased with that….6 months ago it would’ve been a bottle of wine and whatever else I could get my hands on till I passed out.

The mind's a contrary old scuffer - instead of being over the moon that I've had 17 AFDs out of 24 days this month - 17 - I bet I haven't had more than 2 AFDs a month in 10 years and then only in months with an R in - all I can witter about is failing my SNC. Get a grip Anna.
    Gardenanna – I can totally relate to that....well done on 17AFD’s :T

Please keep posting Legsand - I agree with both Maman and Shaggy x As Shaggy says December is the most dangerous month and we all need to huddle together and be there for each other x

I couldn’t agree more with the comments about sticking together through December. I’m already getting twitchy about how many AFD’s to pledge :o. I really want to relax and enjoy Christmas and the run in to it, but for me that will include a tipple or two along the way…it’s going to be a real test to see how capable I am of drinking ‘sensibly’ (or not at all) and how easy it will be to climb back on the wagon once the tree comes down.
So glad to know that you guys are going to be around, Legsand it will be great to have you here too

I know what you mean, my DH prefers red wine, i prefer white, we always have lots of white in the house so tend to open that, i always hope that he says he only wants a wee drink so all the more for me;)
Opened a bottle this eve, he poured us both a small glass and we just stopped after that 1. Most unusual for me, not for him though, he rarely drinks at all
