I've had a busy and boozy weekend at a friend's wedding and out to lunch today. I am pleased to say I didn't go mad and no hangovers to report so that's good at least.

One more for me please Shaggy so that's my first star WooHoo. Had a drink Sat and Sun but nothing excessive - in fact 2 white wine spritzers with the girls on Sat and just one small red wine with the sunday roast. I'll go for the full monty SNC this week please Bearacus. I might be tempting fate 'cos I've got 2 nights out but neither are in pubs and I'm going to TRY.

Evening All,

Back from Holiday I think I did really well,

I have had 12 day AF so far for November please SHAGGY.

Finished October AF aswell.

Stuck to my plan no wine in the villa and only drink when eating out.

Back to it now hope to be AF for the rest of the month.

I havnt had time yet to read all the missed posts so hope you all OK.

Hi All - I'm off work this week so not particularly confident about how many AFD's I'll manage.....but tonight is AF so I've got off to a good start.
