3 more AFDs for me please Shaggy and 2 for this weeks SNC Bearacus.
So far this month I had a drink out with friends on Nov 1st then 4 AFDs at home, wine with Sunday dinner and 2 more AFds since. Last night was the easiest it's been - all the others have been a real struggle. Oh I do hope this works. It's great having you folks to check in with. My husband hasn't noticed yet that I'm drinking less. Hope you all have a good rest of the week.0 -
4 AFD's please Shaggy.
Really sorry not been around. But managed Monday and Tuesday :-DNeed to start again0 -
Another AFD here please making 3
and 2 for the SNC. REALLY proud of myself as I work Monday morning, Monday night and Tuesday night so Tuesday after work is my "Friday Night" and ALL my clients were taling about wine last night. I got home and hubby started going on about wine but LUCKILY we didnt have any in the house so went without. He had a beer and I have a diet pepsi. WOke up this morning pleased as punch again and feeling goooooodddddd
Im off to a work ball in Brum this weekend and DO NOT want to fall over in front of my District Manager so will be being very cautious drink wise this weekend!Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.

That sounds like a good, controlled pattern gardenanna, well done:T It does get easier in time as the habit of having AF days kicks in.
rachel, hope you feel brighter soon. Your Tuesday is like other people's Saturday (same as idris) but if that's what suits you the that's fine. I think if the targets we set make us miserable then we're more likely to give up. The converse is that being AF has so many benefits, it can be addictive in itself!;)
Have a good day all.0 -

As suspected I did have a drink yesterday but I wasn't particularly moderate. I do however consider I have an excuse - my friend who will be 50 in a few months (as will I) has a toyboy of 38  I had to hear all (or nearly all
) the details and somehow one bottle between us turned into one each.
I will be AF today but not declaring yet as who knows what will happen!!0 -
Hi All - declaring early tonight, absolutely shattered and have an early start in the morning ....I can hear my bed calling
6 AFD's please shaggy and 3 for the SNC please bearacus

Evening all. Lots of AFness going on, well done guys
Day 6 for me and 3 for the SNC please.
I'm finding that the bells ring loudest for me after a day or several days of drinking, once I start the AF ball rolling it seems to get easier each day. Having said that I'm usually ready for a glass of vino on a Friday evening, but I'm going to try and stay AF this Friday!0 -
5 for the Nov challenge and 2 for the SNC please shaggy and bearacus.0
