What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

    Morning everyone
Wasnt Af yesterday but watched what i was drinking, had 2 glasses of wine in the eve just sitting chilling with DH watching a film. Popping into town in a bit with DH to get some bits and bobs for hols and then going out this eve with pal for dinner. Swithering (great Scottish word means undecided) about whether to offer to drive, will see how i feel later on in the day.

Shaggy ~ i will look at diary for Sept and give you my target tomorrow. Thanks so much for keeping the scores on the doors.
Bearacus ~ if you doing the SNC this week can you put me down for 3 please and thanks for continuing to run the challenges

    Have a nice day

    Hi All!

So much exercise and weight loss going on at the mo. Well done everyone!! I've got half a stone of baby weight left to lose, but to be honest, I haven't got the motivation for exercise. I have to do it though as none of my clothes fit.

Good luck with your september target MissP, that will be a massive achievement.

I am in a completely foul mood this afternoon. A mixture of tiredness, MrR and the M-i-L!! Normally I would have a small drink just to take the edge off of MrR getting on my nerves, but one of us has to be able to look after BabyR.

Hope you're all having a good BH weekend.

Hugs to you MrsR, it's difficult to keep it all together at the best of times, let alone when you have a new baby. As for the baby fat, I still have mine and the 'baby' is 6 at theend ofnext month!
