Hope you enjoy youself at the festival fpt, and maybe you'll be feeling really well by the time you get back.

I've got a holiday in 3 weeks too mackeroo, and hoping to keep all drinking and eating in check until then. I feel I've relaxed a bit too much this last week, probably more on the eating front than the drinking. Hoping to get a couple more AF days in before Sepember comes.

Hope all the grumpy's are feeling a bit better this morning? Perhaps theres something in the atmosphere as I was distinctly narky with OH last night too

Oh there definitely is, I think it's called rain or cloud or cold or something like that! :rotfl:

I really believe the disappointing summer is making people miserable.

Perhaps your right Maman. Weather has been awfully unpredictable. Was only moaning to OH yesterday that I want to live somewhere warm and sunny!

Not a silly question! Click 'quick links' then 'edit signature'. I sometimes think I should put my units in there too.

Had a really bad day bot at work and with hubby:mad: came in tonight and wanted wine hubby trying to get in my good books offered to go get me some. I declined so another AF night for me going to get a halo soon :A lol

Good Evening...lots of new faces on this thread so a big `hello` to everyone!

Just sneaked in to say well done to everyone on here ...even just having that one less glass of an evening is brilliant! & so many having regular AF days! thats great!

An update on me....still totally AF & will be 2 years on sunday...how time flies:D

...I am however still addicted to Roses Lime Cordial & fizzy water:o:o (I reckon I`ve retrained my brain to see that as my `alcohol`)
