Well Ruth, the good news is, there's not much month left and you can't do much drinking on £2.07!I think you've done really well. Now you need a plan for how you will budget your money/keep to lots of AF days when you get paid.
Boiling hot here still,
Are you trying to make us all madly jealous gien? We're all grumpy because of the dire weather (cold, grey, wet and that's in the South). Well done on the AFness.I'm finding it much easier to stay off the 'pop' in these situations and get far less pressure from everyone to stay up drinking into the early hours so hopefully I'll manage to complete the challenge again this week
Take care everyone x
That's excellent May. It does get easier over time.
11AF for August please Shaggy and 2 for the SNC thanks Bearacus.0 -
Morning :hello:
One more AFD for me.
(Oppps! Is that a mean picture for all the dieters)
ShaggyxWhat do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.0 -

Good morning all
17 for me please Shaggy (and no worries about the picture, I don't have a sweet tooth. If you'd put a picture of steak, chips and onion rings I might have had something to say about it though!!:rotfl:)
RuthnJ - As Maman says the good news is that theres not much month left! Hope you manage ok for the last few days.
Bells were ringing here about 4pm yesterday. Not sure what started them - prob combination of a wet day, being in all day with Piglet and doing boring ironing (2.5 hours worth!!!!). Guzzled loads of water and by teatime the urge had passed. Shall have to have a plan in place for today methinks.

14 AFD in August and 1 SNC. Nearly didn't manage it as I am in a bit of a grump and slipping back into bad habits. Will need to eat well and exercise today. Hope everyone has a good day! x0

Sorry to moan about the hot weather but it has been unbearably sticky here - we're expecting some massive thunderstorms this evening whiwh will help.
I'll be AF tonight, no bells thus far and I've just finished eating and my coffee so now it's low risk. Feel really tired though and I have a meeting so no chance of an early night!Trying to keep in budget.
