    Morning everyone!

16 please Shaggy! And welcome back. Hope you enjoyed your break.

FPT - sorry to hear about the abcess. And it must be very disappointing about your weekend plans.:( Hope you aren't feeling too down.

Well, went and re-joined slimming world last night. Different group to last time - and completely different in atmosphere and friendliness. Felt like I fitted in straight away so shall be looking forward to going next week!:T Wasn't so chuffed at my weigh-in but hope to be shifting that weight soon!

Had a few bells here last night, but had already made the decision not to drink last night so firmly stuck to my guns (not easy though!).

    Miss P
    xx

oh that's fab Miss P - hope things going well on your first week. i'm just not shifting the weight on my own so thinking it's my time to head back to class... good news about ignoring those pesky bells too :D x

  • Morning all!

Miss P and Happyshopper, thanks for the concern :) I've woken up feeling a but more positive this morning, I have decided I can be designated carers for all my friends on Friday night as I imagine they'll get themselves in a bit of a mess. Then I'll see how I feel for the rest of the weekend. Was considering not going but think that's a bit daft!

Well done everyone on the AFness! I'm looking forward to exceeding my target this month now :)

    Evening!
I'm shattered tonight, didn't sleep at all well last night and have had the most rotten day at work, so all I want to do tonight is get my PJs on and climb into bed, which is exactly what I'll do as soon as I've had dinner, so no boozing for me tonight.
I've got a lovely weekend to look forward to, on Friday I'm seeing one of my best friends, who I haven't seen for a long time, and we're having dinner. Then on Saturday I'm heading off to stay with my other best friend for the rest of the weekend, I haven't seen her for ages and I'm so looking forward to it. Fortunatley they're the 2 people who know I havea bit of a problem with the drink and have both promised that we'll be AF, so I'm looking forward to having a lovely time without worrying about what to say to people.

I hope everyone is feeling positive tonight!

Brrr its been freezing up here in scotlandshire today. I normally wait until i return from hols in Sept to dig out my autumn clothes/boots etc however i cant wait any longer so sent hubby up to loft this eve to bring them all down so will feel toasty tomorrow. Knowing my luck it will be brillant sunshine tomorrow, doubt it tho

    Hello everyone! smiley-greet024.gif

Hope you are all OK. Am still (mostly) AF, but so fed up, as have only £2.07 to last until the end of the month, so am not very buoyant company at the the moment.

Will creep back and be jolly when I'm feeling a bit better. smiley-sad049.gif

    Lots of love. R&J xxx

Boiling hot here still, luckily we're sleeping in the cool downstairs so not too bad. Another AF day, so feeling good and haven't spent much either.

Hi All - just a quick update from me tonight...still really grumpy (I put it down to the weather :o)

Af tonight so 16 AFD's please shaggy and 2 for the SNC please bearacus.

I'm away with work now until Friday...I'm finding it much easier to stay off the 'pop' in these situations and get far less pressure from everyone to stay up drinking into the early hours so hopefully I'll manage to complete the challenge again this week

    Take care everyone x
