    Wow that was early Chloris, considering the clocks changing too:T What've you been knitting? I find it good for keeping hands busy of an evening (and I know MissP does too).

    I am an early riser! I am knitting a beautiful blue dress for my niece for yule. Unfortunetly I can knit when drinking! I usually have 2 projects on the go at the same time. First project a bit complicated for when I can concentrate, the second for when the children are around or car journeys or whilst having a drink.:o

    You OK Maman :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    Many apologies for the repeat postings and no I haven't been drinking! It wasn't showing as being posted, hence lots of tries!

    I'm fine MP and doing really well on SW thanks to you (I remember you told me it was just like tweaking normal healthy eating and that persuaded me to give it a go).

    Your knittng sounds lovely chloris and you sound really organised getting the dress made so far in advance.

    wow another chapter already!

    I haven't posted in a while, but have some positive stuff to add so will share.

    My alcohol intake has dropped dramatically, I don't quite know what happened. But I seem to be able to manage better with a bottle of gin in the cupboard, and just having a GnT if I fancy, than buying a bottle of wine.

    Now, I find I can make a bottle of wine last 3 nights at least. One GnT is enough whereas before it was at least 2 and then possibly wine as well.

    I have had a busy time at work, and trouble sleeping, and have noticed that drinking less alcohol makes both of the above easier to cope with.

    My AF days are still minimal, but my units over the week are now within the guidelines so am pleased with this.

    I don't post often but I am lurking and I read every day, and I am grateful for the support that has come from this wonderful thread.

    best wishes to all

    Glad to hear you're doing well little_h. AF days or cutting down to limited units comes to the same thing in the end. Whatever suits! Keep lurking and do post with your progress.
