Thanks Shaggy for starting the new thread. Wow part 10 - where did that time go? Lots of faces missing atm and I hope life is treating you all well.
2yrs ago I found this and in 1 year I went from always drinking at the weekend either 2 or 3 nights to now maybe once or twice a month and my consumption is at a much lower level of just a glass or 2 instead of most of a bottle.
I'm on 25AFDs for march and looks like I will end the month on 29 as I'm not planning to have a drink this week and I'm having an AF weekend too.
Weekends were always the biggest trigger for me. The switch flicked when I realised that weekend nights were no different to week nights and I rarely drank on those nights so why couldn't I manage an AF weekend. Now this is hardly an issue at all for me as its more common for me to not drink at the weekend than drink. My skin was commented on this week as being lovely and I attribute this to my change in drinking habits alongside moisturising - c'mon, what a result!

There's a new must-have app for anyone interested into cutting down the booze and following where the money (spent on drinks) goes. (I took part in it's beta program and after using it for 2 months i see the difference- i spend less and drink less, hope it goes that way in the future as well). App name is DrinkControl. You can get it on App Store. Unfortunately on iPhone/iPod Touch only.0

Thanks for new thread Shaggy.
I've not had any more AF days but I've been very good. Just one glass last night and a couple tonight. That compares with the two bottles I have most weekends.
I'm determined to get a couple more days in this month, probably Monday and Wednesday.0 -
happy new thread all0

Morning :hello:
I decided to have a drink last night. I had done 2 weeks AF. Just had 2 glasses of wine (4 units / 250 calories).
