Evening all, 1 afd please Shaggy.
Bearacus, glad to hear you have made a decision that is right for you.
Mackeroo, your weight loss is phenomenal, well done.

I am skipping the light fandango at the moment, I have had a massive underpayment of benefit rectified today £1.5k will be sitting in my account tomorrow, and not a moment too soon. No wonder I have been struggling more so than normal.
I have had my place confirmed on my course next week and my manager has taken a break from being an ar*e for now.
The gardeners are coming armed with napalm on Friday, and DS2 and I are off to Stratford Fringe festival tomorrow and a trawl round the antique shops.
Toenails neatly polished and sundress hanging at the ready.
Have a great day y'all and keep up the positive vibes. Loving it.

Ive established there is a clear link between how much alcohol affects my weight loss.

Absolutely agree mackeroo. I know exactly what I can drink with my eating plan and anything more and I either gain or stay the same. Last week I put on 2lbs mainly because I'd had a drinking day mid-week. I must admit that coming on here first and breaking the daily drinking habit is the only reason I've managed to stick with the plan.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
