Shaggy can I please declare at 7 for May  and be target free for June. Thank you so much for scoring, you do a fantastic job!
I am really struggling at the moment with being AF, money, life... I don't know something needs to give! I am going to really try hard to come on here everyday as it does give me hope that I can turn things around.
bearacus, sorry to read your news, take care my dear, a holiday will do you good and you'll come back refreshed, that will help your mum too.
MrsR sending big hugs to you, I don't know how you manage to stay so upbeat. It really made me think reading your post how easy it is to slide to the place he's at at the moment when you are in the habbit of daily drinking. Thats where I don't want to go.
:hello: to everyone else old and new, Im off now to do some housework as it looks like we've been burgled!

Please can I change my target, Shaggy, to 25 AFDs for June? I think 29 was probably a bit over-enthusiastic ...
Thanks!!!!0 -

1 Af please Shaggy Feeling really positive about this month and determined to make my target of 21 AF days.
Ive established there is a clear link between how much alcohol affects my weight loss. As many on here no, i joined WW or (fat class as i call it) in Jan. Ive lost 2 stone 11lb so far and well chuffed with that. From Jan - April ive lost on average 8 pounds per month and had on average 23 AF days per month. In May i only achieved 13 AF days and only lost 3 pounds. So ive decided to get back into healthy eating plan and really try hard to stick to AF target. I want to lose 7 pounds this month, it is achievable and will be made easier if i control the booze intake.
According to my fat class leader i need to lose another 2 stone to get to goal.....i dont think i was that weight since i was in primary 7..... and that wasnae yesterday let me tell you :rotfl:Im aiming to lose another stone which will let me be a curvaceous size 14/16 i will be happy with that. hi DM, Yes I have decided that i am going to go on my holiday. After eveyone's advice (family, friends and here) I realised that I would just be adding to my mums stress rather than easing it. I think the break away will do me good and my mum has given me strict orders to come back with amazing pictures and stories to tell
So thankyou again everyone for helping me through this Sh*tty time in my life xx
bearacus x
That must have been a tough decision to make but i do (for what its worth) think its the right one. Allow yourself on holiday to feel sad, feel happy, just take it as it comes and your mum will look forward to hearing all about it when you come back..as we all will xxIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
