I'm wobbling a tad this evening, i really fancy one, i've had several elderflower fizzy drinks and had a snack but the craving is still around. Trying to igore it though.

Hopefully once dinner is sorted i'll be fine, but haven't even started it yet, kids ate earlier due to stuff going on.

I've been offline for a few days, just read your awful news Bearacus, sending hugs to you and your Mum.

I decided to have a drink on Wednesday, did not particularly enjoy the fuzzy head the next day though. AF since so 26 please Shaggy.

    AFD 25 today.

Was planning on a glass of wine but when it came to it I decided not to bother and had a cup of tea instead with a bit of chocolate - nice

determind to make my 7/7, as i've never been that alcohol free for the last 3 years. Goodness that sounds so awful.

It doesn't sound awful at all. It sounds like the reason most of us like this thread so much! Stick with it cuppatea.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.
