5 please Shaggy and 1 for SNC please bearacus
Just watching telly this eve, waiting for Strangeways to begin at 9pm Just caught up with Exile, did anyone watch it, it was BBC drama at its best with a cast of John Simm and Jim Broadbent, fantasticIt’s not what you have in your life but who you have in your life that counts0 -
I saw your thread yesterday and realised what a good idea it would be for me to cut down on drinking wine. I need to save the money and it's become a bit of a friend when I need to relax at the end of a difficult day. I'm sure this is how problems start. My other half also doesnt like the fact I get more argumentative with him sometimes when I drink and I fall asleep at 9-10 so he can't watch telly with me. I'm also hoping to feel a bit healthier and maybe not feel as bloated, podgy and spotty.
So tonight I'm sat here with a nice cup of tea, a bit of determination and the hope that it's not too late to join in.
My last glass of wine was last night. I soo didn't want to get up for work this morning.
Can I join the school night challenge too
Kate x

Off to bed, have been Zumba, can barely move! Shaggy I'm now on 9 please, and 1 for the SNC Bearacus. Thanks for helping us keep track, I think its really helping me stick to my plan this time, knowing that I'll have to confess if I slip up!

It's never too late to join in...for any of us!! Welcome Kate, good to have you with us.
Jumped back on the wagon with amazing ease tonight.:) I've been to my dance class for the first time in weeks because of being away and two Bank Holidays. It's good to get back into a normal routine.
