well its been a while. Still being tortured by my neighbours music and the council are useless.

I reported her to the police regarding cannabis as evidence was there of dealing. Also called benefit fraud as this is technically a second income.

then last year the police raided the property and the daughter was taken away.
but nothings changed, still noise, cannabis smell and her getting taxis all the time along with the postman delivering loads, I mean loads, of amazon parcels to her. will be calling fraud again soon. mainly in spite of her ruining our lives.

but also is she still claiming for a child that no long live in her property?

    see what happens

Please stop making fraud reports to be spiteful - I understand that your situation is a difficult one, but each time you make a report this uses state resources, and takes an investigator away from investigating genuine reports.

As I said, she loves to broadcast the fact, telling neighbours and indeed myself that she has reported me several times....oh and moaning that nothing is being done, typical government etc etc.

I think you are showing remarkable restraint, then, IMO. Because if someone who lived near me was continually making allegations/accusations like that I would be looking to take out a restraining order!

Kudos to you for putting up with her.

Hopefully someone will tell her to stop being such a poisonous (insert expletive of choice)!

It did really rile me initially but in reality, she is the one who is making herself look silly, so now I see there quietly laughing to myself when she yet again makes herself look silly in front of the neighbours.

Mind you, I dare not put in a claim for DLA, I would be scared to do anything at all, so maybe she has 'won', even though when I do put the bins out, it is only very occasionally when I am having a good day and even then, I can't move for the rest of the day afterwards....but she doesn't see that.
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

Aw don't let her put you off - if you need it, you claim it.

I have a neighbour who is trying to annoy me (and probably a few others) by not using his 4x4 works vehicle and walking to work. Just leaves it parked outside 24/7

We're all laughing at him, too.

Wish I saw this before I moved. Had a neighbour accusing us of all sorts.

Valli, why does having a 4x4 parked outside someone elses house annoy you ?.

It's a good job you don't live where I do, otherwise you might be b1tching about me leaving my van parked-up and unused.

  • Good evening everyone,

Apologies if I am on wrong forum or if my problem is frequently discussed,

I have just joined the site as I need some kind of push in the right direction, reassurance of doing the right or wrong thing?

I am in 2 minds as to whether I should report a fraudulent claim for tax credits?

I am aware of a mother who claims WTX & CTX for a child that has lived with his father since summer 2012, she claims as a single parent.

3 years ago she split from boyfriend which lead to homelessness, she and her son moved in to her (previously marital home) where her X husband lives with there eldest son,
So..... each parent claimed for one child, whilst living in same house, oh and although divorced she still has family surname, How this didn't ring alarm bells to authorities I don't know.
She has been with her new partner for approx 2 years and moved in with him last summer leaving both sons living with there father.

Still claiming single mother working & child tax, failing to declare her fiance and his income etc. He has his own construction company and owns a few properties which are rented out, one of which they both currently reside in, whilst they are waiting for few last stages of solicitors/mortgage dealings on a house they are buying!

Her fiance clearly financially supports her, she has upgraded her car from an old Peugeot to a 2 year old Audi, most weekends she broadcasts the expensive designer footwear/clothing she bought in London, photos posted regularly on twitter / facebook regarding posh lifestyle in London and all ideas for there Wedding next year.
She works full time as a receptionist so 'credit where credit due',however she receives approx £450 monthly tax credits for a child that doesn't live with her, neither of her sons choose to stay over at her house they rarely visit her at all.
If HMRC knew her correct address details/whereabouts for previous 3 years, also marriage plans and all relevant info which she has kept quiet about, Do you think they would bother to investigate the claim seeing as it's a lot of 'change of circumstances' in one investigation.
After all if it's been 3 years since first failure to declare change of circumstances, then continuously thereafter?

I really must stress that I am aware that 'Jealousy is an ugly thing' and I can honestly say this isn't an act of jealousy, just wanting to do what I feel is morally correct as it's unfair when people abuse systems that are of help to society. It is for persons in need! Not persons with Greed!

Sorry to ramble on and on.... hope this makes some sense, any advice or words of wisdom will be gratefully received
    Thanks for reading x

I would report any benefit thief without a shadow of a doubt. They are in fact stealing off each and every tax payer and stopping genuine claimants from having what they need!
