Hello again,
My mealplans for this week [STRIKE]are [/STRIKE]changed as follows:
Saturday chicken and steak fajitas with hm salsa for 7 (went down very well - DGS3 said they were the best ever :rotfl:- think I was a tad heavy handed with the chilli powder!)
Sunday potroast silverside with roast potatoes, green beans, broccoli and a big hm Yorkshire pudding. for 7
Mon - [STRIKE]omelette Arnold Bennett for 2[/STRIKE] weekend leftover soup for 4
Tues - meatballs in a tomato sauce with linguine for [STRIKE]7[/STRIKE] 8
Wed - [STRIKE]freezer surprise for 2[/STRIKE]Fish pie for 5 pizza for the 3DGSs
Thur - [STRIKE]fish pie for 2 (was originally for Friday)[/STRIKE] hm chicken tikka & hm rogan etc. for 7
Fri - out with friends
Sat - pork with cream & mushrooms for 7 or 8 (will put in chicken breasts for those who prefer)
Sun - steak or chicken breast (will probably be 4:4) with hm peppercorn, brandy & stilton sauce for 8
It is OK to plan but sometimes life gets in the way:)
