Hello folks, need to be organised this week as a lot going on. Saturday: Omolette, chips and peas
Sunday: Roast Chicken, Roast potatoes, carrots and broccolli
Monday: out at DD (stew and tatties - stew in freezer)
Tueday: out at DD (fish and HM chips)
Wednesday: Stovies with corned beef
Thursday:HM Creamy chicken and mushroom pie, broccolli and carrots with roast potatoes
FRiday: Macaroni cheese, garlic bread
Sandwiches will be cheese, roast chicken, egg mayonaise, tuna and various salad options,
I will also make scotch eggs and home made sausage rolls for the sandwich boxes, and treats/cakes will be chocolate crispies, banana loaf, scones, cupcakes and a chocolate sponge.
Shouldn't be a too expensive week as dont have to buy very much at all
