Bit uninspired for next weeks plan
Mon- tofu scramble with various salads and spicy potatoes
Tue-butter bean stew with vegan chorizo
Wed-falafel wraps with coriander hummus
Thur- leftover butterbean stew with added veg
Fri-Cooriander hummus , artichoke and apricot kernal pizza with salads
Weekend- lentil dahl with apricot kernels and either roast veg or salads
Breakfasts will be either , porridge, soya yohurts plus fruit or soup
Lunches will either be salads with some sprouted stuff and beans or soup
Snacks, fruit, veg or raw crackers with vegan cheese
Everything is homemade apart from the vegan chorizo and cheese, not really motivated to bake or cook that much so keeping it simple this week0 -
